Terms of Service

By accessing or using Relay Reviews (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Relay Reviews provides a dashboard to aggregate reviews from connected platforms (such as Google Business Profile), reply to them, generate AI-assisted reply drafts, and receive summaries. Access to some features requires an active subscription.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. You must have authority to connect any business profile or page you link to the Service.

• Do not use the Service to post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Comply with the terms of any platform you connect (Google, Meta, etc.).

The Service integrates with third-party platforms via their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those platforms, including API availability.

Paid plans are billed per active location. Charges adjust as you add or remove locations. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Reply drafts are generated by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any draft before it is posted. You retain responsibility for all content you publish.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay Reviews is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
